Workplace savings

Helping every employee build long-term wealth.

A digital employee savings plan for employers of any size, run on the Tharaa platform by the bank, broker or asset manager the employer already works with.

The workplace savings gap

Many employees have little set aside beyond a state or company pension. A workplace plan with an employer match turns every payroll into long-term savings.

  • An employer match added to every payroll
  • Vesting ladders that reward staying
  • Every member sees their own balance, in a multilingual portal

Employee money is the member's from day one. Employer money vests on the plan's ladder. Move the sliders to see how the two grow, what a leaver takes with them and what a stayer builds over ten years.

In detail

Built around the employer's rules and the member's money.

Vesting ladders by tenure

Tiered ladders on the calendar year or the hire anniversary. A ladder with a gap is refused when the plan is saved, and members can preview their next step.

Employer match rules

A fixed amount, a share of the contribution or a share of salary, scoped by group, grade, tenure or salary band, applied in an order you set. Annual caps hold across a whole upload.

Employer money kept apart

Each plan has its own ledger and its own dealing accounts for employee and employer money, so unvested employer money is never spent as the member's own.

Payroll file controls

Upload, preview against last month, see every row that breaks a plan rule, then post. Rows outside the plan need the employer's recorded approval and a written reason.

Short remittances held

If the employer's transfer is short, the whole file waits until someone acts. Over-payments are reported, never spread across members.

Bank statements matched

Statements are loaded first and matched second, so an employer who pays before uploading is still reconciled. Credits are shared by what is still outstanding.

Membership is the employer's decision

Members ask to join and the employer's HR team approves. Whole workforces can be enrolled from one roster file.

Exits, switches and withdrawals

Single or bulk requests, each with a preview of what will be sold and the vested share. Unvested units move to the company without being sold.

Prefunding in units

Employers can buy ahead and allocate each month at a frozen fill price, with a clear list of what to buy when units run short.

Nothing lost to rounding

Brokers fill whole units, so a little cash is left on most orders. It returns to the member's plan ledger and is invested next cycle.

A payroll month

From the employer's file to the member's units.

  1. Upload and preview

Totals, last month's figures and a remark for every difference, before anything is booked.

  2. Approve exceptions

The employer's administrator approves rows outside plan rules, with a reason kept on the record.

  3. Fund and reconcile

The employer's transfer is matched to the file; a short file waits rather than half-posting.

  4. Invest and report

Orders go to the broker on one file; fills come back, are checked and appear on every statement.
