Onboarding assurance
Know who you onboard, and keep knowing.
Identity documents, biometrics, sanctions and PEP screening, business checks and ongoing monitoring, arranged into the onboarding flow your compliance team designs. Your institution makes the decision. The platform runs the checks and keeps the record.

How it fits together
Authenticate, verify, then keep monitoring.
Onboarding is not a single check. It is a sequence your policy defines, and it continues for as long as the client relationship does.
Authenticate
Confirm the person is real and present. Passive liveness, face match against the document, phone and email codes, and device and IP signals.
Verify
Confirm who they are and whether you may onboard them. Documents, chip data, registry checks, proof of address, sanctions and PEP lists.
Monitor
Notice when something changes. Clients are rescreened as lists update, transactions are checked against your rules, and returning users re-verify with a selfie.
Workflow builder
Design the flow, then run an applicant through it.
Pick the checks your policy needs and a sample applicant. The flow runs each check in order and routes the result the way your rules say: approve, send to an analyst, or decline.

Illustration with sample applicants. No personal data is sent anywhere.
Every step, its result and the evidence behind it is kept on the applicant's record.
Overview
One onboarding layer for individuals and businesses.
Each check is a building block. Use one on its own through the API, or combine them into a flow with branches, manual review and different paths for different client types.
Capabilities
- Identity documentsPassports, national IDs, residence permits and driving licences from over 220 countries and territories
- BiometricsPassive liveness, face match and face search against your own blocklist
- AML screeningSanctions, PEPs, relatives and close associates, adverse media and your own lists
- Business verificationRegistry data, directors and ultimate beneficial owners, with each owner verified as an individual
Verifying individuals
Document verification
Data read from the document, checked for tampering, expiry and consistency between the printed page and the machine-readable zone.
NFC chip reading
On phones that support it, the signed data on an e-passport or ID chip is read and checked against the printed page.
Passive liveness
Detects printed photos, screens, masks and injected video without asking the user to blink or turn.
Face match
Compares the selfie with the document photo and returns a similarity score your rules act on.
Face search
Checks a new face against faces you have already seen or blocked, to catch duplicate and repeat applications.
Age estimation
Estimates age from the selfie, for age-restricted products, with a document check as the fallback.
Proof of address
Reads utility bills and bank statements, extracts the name, address and issue date, and checks them against the applicant.
Database validation
Confirms identity details against government and trusted registries where they are available.
Questionnaires
Source of funds, occupation, expected activity: your own questions, in the applicant's language, with answers on the record.
AML screening
Screened at onboarding, and again whenever the lists change.
Names are screened against more than 1,300 global lists, with fuzzy matching across scripts and transliterations so a name written in another script and its Latin spelling are recognised as the same person.
What is screened
- Sanctions lists, including OFAC, the UN, the EU and the UK
- Politically exposed persons, their relatives and close associates
- Adverse media, grouped by category
- Watchlists and blocklists your institution keeps
How a match is handled
- Each match is scored, with the reasons it matched
- Possible matches go to your analysts, never auto-declined
- Ongoing monitoring flags existing clients when a list changes
- Every decision is kept with who made it and why
In detail
Built for the way compliance teams actually work.
No-code workflow builder
Arrange checks into flows with branches by country, client type or risk. Route uncertain results to manual review, and test two versions of a flow side by side.
Business verification
Company registry data, directors, shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners. Each owner is sent through the individual flow, and the company is screened too.
Ongoing monitoring
Existing clients are rescreened when lists update, and you are told when a status changes. Returning users can re-verify with a selfie instead of a new document.
Transaction monitoring
Rules over payments and transfers raise alerts into cases, with the history and evidence an analyst needs in one place.
Wallet screening
Crypto wallet addresses checked for exposure to sanctioned or high-risk activity, for institutions that need it.
Fraud signals
Device fingerprint, IP reputation, VPN and emulator detection, duplicate faces and duplicate documents, all available to your routing rules.
Phone and email codes
One-time codes confirm the applicant controls the contact details they give, before any other check runs.
A record for every decision
Each applicant has a decision record with every check, its result, the evidence and the reviewer, available as a PDF for your files.
An onboarding
From the first screen to a decision on record.
Invite
The applicant starts in your app, on your website, or from a link sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Capture
They scan a document and take a selfie, guided in their own language, on phone or desktop.
Check and route
The flow runs your checks and routes the result: approve, decline, or send to an analyst.
Record and monitor
Your systems receive the result, the record is kept, and monitoring continues.
Who uses it
Three parties, one record.
Your compliance team
Designs the flows, sets the routing rules, reviews possible matches and owns every onboarding decision.
Your applicants
Complete onboarding in minutes, in their own language, on the device they have, under your brand.
Your systems
Receive results through signed webhooks and the API, and plug the same checks into account opening, payouts and re-verification.
Integration
How it connects.

What happens when a name matches a watchlist?
A possible match is routed to your analyst, who sees the match, its score and the source and records the decision. It is never decided automatically.
Are clients screened again later?
